OVERVIEW
Orrery, part of The Evolv Collection, has long been one of London’s most distinguished dining rooms. With the arrival of Chef Pierre Minotti, formerly of two-Michelin-starred Alex Dilling at Hotel Café Royal, the space was ready to meet a new chapter.
We’re delighted to say that we were part of it.
Working with our Portuguese manufacturing partners and upholstery fabrics from Sunbury Design, we supplied our Sinatra Chair and Stool with contrast piping, alongside the Newton Chair that was finished with bespoke fluting and contrast piping to the back.
We believe that the bespoke fluting on the Newton is a detail worth dwelling on (and we hope you do too).That’s because it adds texture and character to the chair, lifting the whole space, and alongside the contrast piping it feels like exactly the right choice for a room with Orrery’s heritage.
